Was SN or N effectiveness altered by alcohol tolerance?

I recall one being mentioned. I'm also contemplating ordering N but still have to figure out the anti emetic aspect.. (I'm from Canada).
I have drank a lot recently and heard tolerance can mess one of them up
Also contemplating if it's better to just go with SN which I know I can get easily since it seems relatively peaceful and less of a hassle..

Alcohol tolerance can decrease N effectiveness slightly (unlikely to be an issue). Chronic alcoholism/anti psychotics can also cause the prolonged comatose phase in 1% of reports that can last around 24h before death. Alcohol taken after N potentiates it though which is a plus.

SN won't make a difference, just don't consume alcohol with the SN as it increases stomach acidity which converts more SN into nitrate and the risk of vomiting
