Want to CTB so bad. Anxiety attack and can’t leave the place I’m at.

I'm at my sisters bachelorette and I'd give anything to leave but I can't. My ride wants to wait and keeps telling me not to take a cab.

I want to CTB but my SN is still in transit and I couldnt get past the SI of partial hanging.
im having a hard time calming down.

yeah that's just life. It's just hard to rationalize when my body decides to panic.

Just use polite excuse... like say you have a migraine coming on, the lights/noise is making you feel worse, just get a cab/uber, etc. If that's impossible, then try to distract yourself with SS, phone game, whatever helps you. Maybe just wait for ctb as trying in midst of emotional explosion/past your limit is only going to make it more complicated for you, imo.
