I can relate. Despite having bad dreams, I really enjoy sleep, its an break from life and I see it as like being dead without the commitment. I do feel so disappointed when I am pulled out of that state and I have to be fully conscious.

Mornings are the worst part of my day now and I used to love mornings. In addition to feeling tranquillised by my medication so I struggle to wake up, the house feels quiet and lonely
