Violent vs Non-Violent Methods

Hello everyone.
After years of lurking, I am finally making a plan. Ironically, one of the only things that held my very last bit of sanity was, in fact, this forum.
Anyways, I want to go ahead with this quickly. However, I have had some issues.
When planning, I always wanted to go the non violent route (like SN or an inert gas) as I would most likely be found by family and I would want them to find me in a mostly "preserved" state.
This being said, SN and Gases require so much preparation that would probably blow my cover before I can go through with this (my bank account is monitored very closely by family).

In conclusion, I come here to ask: Is there a quicker/easier method to CTB without so much preparation while also preserving my body? Thank you.

I don't feel like SN requires much preparation other than the basics, correct amount of SN >95% purity and some time alone… that's it really. Sure you can go out of your way to include other pharmaceuticals part of the method to ease it but all u really need is the SN in the correct dosage and water

I am thinking of having SN delivered to a pick-up point, its from a food conservation company and I strongly believe their claims of 99%< purity. I have a whole assortment of benzos handy, like Clonazepam, Diazepam, Cloxazolam, etc.

However, I am extremely scared of customs or someone flagging my shipment as suspicious. Is this usually common?

I'm not sure. Apparently welfare checks are common in the UK at least, from what I've heard. I've ordered SN before, the first time it arrived and the second idk where it went or if my mom threw it out since I told her. And I've ordered it again, so it should arrive soon. But honestly I'm worried now too
