• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I think it's all of us. All humans, and all other conscious animals. Yes, even the criminals that rape and murder. And many oppose that idea, and I totally understand why. But if behaviour is dictated by brain structure, as the overwhelming majority of evidence suggests that it is, then even criminals are merely victims of their biology. That doesn't make those horrors ok, but under this view, they become just extra atrocities of nature, rather than any kind of 'free choice' made by a 'free agent'. If it has a nervous system, it can probably suffer, and therefore I argue, it is a victim (of nature/reality).

I don't think it's meaningful to think of the world in terms of victim and perperator. It makes much more sense to think in terms of giver and taker.

I don't know what it is but my whole life I never 'played the blame game' as they say...
But this year I can't clear my head off people close to me who have destroyed me (well, not been good) by blaming me for their problems, so I was brought up to never blame, but to take it.
Do who's right now, I feel it's got me a in a teenage angst state of mind because I was more human than all around me, other n a couple of good friends doing good by me. Everyone else vampirized me and my love was wasted on them. Realising you would die for people who throw you in the garbage when it suits them, but know you will continue loving them. Is a profoundly cruel experience. This sick evil species.

I agree the same. We bite the apple, love it or not. We cannot decide. All these out of control variables create us. I can't take pleasure in hurting someone, even if I want to. If someone was born with a strong killing instinct and is not mentally capable of controlling it, would they be guilty of their nature? I believe that I should stop that person, but I do not judge. We are all victims.

I think the victims are those who were forced to exist when they never asked for it so, US.

Our souls are the victim. We are trapped inside these bodies that can torture us to extreme extents, as there is an unlimited amount of diseases we can get, and yet we have to be brave and couragous to get out of of it. We are the victim of our brains which are programmed to survive at all costs.

I am. A victim of parental ignorance, a victim of genetic random bio chance. And people want me to continue? Leave me be and CTB will make me free
