The product details are: HiMedia GRM3959-500G Sodium Nitrite, Aces, 500 g

Sodium nitrite, ACS (500G).

It kinda clumped together and was a little hard so idk.

The percentage should be listed on the product specs on the website.

An aquarium testing kit tests for SN levels. Amazon sells kits. You can search this site for examples and how to use them. There have been very recent threads.

is concentration same as purity?

For mine, I clicked on the Technical Data, and that PDF is in a totally different format than this. Mine does not say concentration, it lists the assay at 98%.

What's assay mean?

Assay just means testing of the composition.
The product seems to be okay based on initial appearances.
Also : "You can test it by nicking your finger for a droplet of blood. If the blood turns brown when in contact with your SN, it's good."

Your post says "urgent".
If you are intending to proceed ASAP, then I wish you a safe journey onwards to a better place.....
