  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Trying to give up suicidal plans. Doing beter, doing good. But after every high there is a major low. Tell me about your ups and down and you are coping.

I have big mood swings too. Not suicidal, but tired and aimless. Can't tell you coping methods because mood changes on its own mostly. I may stay home and feel great, or walk outside all day and then feel like shit

Experimentation may hold the key to mood management. One problem is that when you are down you don't feel like it and when you are up is doesn't seem necessary.

When one considers the areas ripe for experimentation it seems that something might prove helpful.

1. People, It might be that just being around certain people can have an effect on how you feel.
2. Nutrition. One can experiment to see if vitamins, supplements, or foods can have an effect on mood.
3. Exercise. The time, time, or duration of exercise might have a mood effect.
4. Prayer/meditation. As a Christian I find prayer effective, however, forty years ago I tried meditation, but I just kept falling asleep.

Experimentation allows one to discover things that might have some effect and slowly over time add them to a mood management "tool" box.
