Venting Upon the slightest signs of hesitation, sometimes I think I need to prepare better

But I don't think you can ever truly be ready. Not for an action like this. You can only wait until the time is right, and let it take you.
Just a thought for tonight that I had.
This came to mind as I'm struggling to write goodbye letters to my closest family members. It's hard. But there is little more I can do to make this easier.
