• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've been getting intrusive thoughts about relapsing over something I didn't like happening in a web show I watch (I know, first world problem) and I'm wondering what I can do to make them stop. I don't want to cut, it was horrible when I did it and I don't want to get back into something that bad.

maybe music can help distract u? as well as switching focus from manually avoiding the thoughts to other thoughts. (basically, instead of avoiding x thought, focus on thought y, which can be almost any other thought... at least that tends to work for me)

I'm using a stimming toy that has sharp points you can hold, and that has helped - although some days nothing helps :(

hi, as someone who also struggles with stuff like that i'm so sorry you are experiencing this rn. are there any games, music, or hobbies and stuff that you like to do that could help take your mind off it?? or anyone to talk to about things you like?? i find it way easier to deal with those thoughts when i'm distracted or immersed into smthn else. i hope you are doing well today.
