Help Types of SN

I'm wondering if there's any difference between SN products
Except the purity.
I mean if we've 2 different products of SN both have 98% purity
Is there a type for lab use or manufacturing use
And other type for meat curing???
Or both products woulld work the same?
I know this is so stupid but i think u got the idea

As long as the purity is the same (95%+) they'll both work the same
