I've been investigating 'bout OD with tylenol and found out that I would need to take more than 25 pills to achieve my goal. I just need help to clarify if I need to have in account other things or something I'm forgetting about. Thanks for your comments.

I actually researched this a time ago, it seemed really easy, but it's honestly not. Even though the necessary dose is low, the chances of dying are low as well. You'd have to suffer for over 24 hours of pain while your body is veeeeery slowly shutting down and due to this the probability of getting hospitalized is high. It's actually a non-method that you should NOT attempt.

I see you are new here, so I recommend giving the PPH a read and researching more into SN if you'd like to go out that route.

Hope it helps mate, although I recommend getting professional help.

I've heard paracetamol ODs are highly unreliable and, if they do cause death, it's slow and painful. I would recommend reconsidering

From experience after consuming 40x what your suggesting taking, it wasnt a good idea. It didn't make feel great, and after a week or so feeling dreadful and in internal agony I went and got the reversal, too late in many ways. - I just wouldn't.

What makes you want to ctb? If I am able to ask. Not trying to cause any offence.

I've done well over 25 panadol still ended up staying alive. It's a highly unreliable method.

Like the other members said, its slow, painful, and unreliable.

Avoid at all cost.

Thanks everyone for the info, I also researched more about it, and found out that yeah, it was an awful choice, mainly because of hepatotoxicity, and the damage your liver can tank. PD: These are documents of the Sigma-Aldrich Chemical Company, that were conducted regarding the acetaminophen, tylenol use.

Yeah honestly don't try it. I've done it probably over 30? Times, most with medical attention, some without. All of them over the 'lethal amount'.

I've ended up fine every time - albeit after going through a pretty rough ordeal.
The antidote for paracetamol poisoning is brutal and will make you feel very poorly, and if your liver begins to fail that will be even worse

NO NO NO NO NO NO. (If you're lucky you'll vomit it up and won't suffer permanent liver damage otherwise your liver will die and you'll slowly slowly slowly die painfully).
