Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have today tried partial hanging with a rubber band (don't know the English word correctly) it is an elastic band with metal in each end with a hook to grab onto something. I had written a note to my loveones, and tried several times to do it. First on a child safety fence that you have inside your home. Then on a towel holder in the bathroom.

But I couldn't go through with it. What the hell do I do? I don't want to be here anymore, but at the same time I can't go through with the process.

Maybe you haven't found your sweet spot? I haven't attempted with this method but ive been considering it as a method for a while. From what ive read on SS it's a bit hit and miss, some people found the sweet spot while others havent.

I understand you, I also tried partial. Can't find sweet spot no matter how many times I'll try. This method definitely it's not for me. I wonder that for some it's looks pretty easy e.g Robbie Williams or somebody who accidentaly die during the choking game. Some members practise this method for a while and then succeed.
