I tried 7-OH because they said it would be banned soon and I was just curious. I used Kratom a handful of times about ten years ago.

It's pretty strong, makes me not care about anything might use it to help overcome SI when the day comes for exit bag.

in my experience kratom is good until i build tolerance and abuse the dosage. i was actively using high dose of it for 18 months before i stop wanting to do anything productive at all. i would say everything is great for the first 8 months, then behaviourally i becoming way too happy and less scared/hurt of anything, breaking all my good/productive habit that's essential for survival. i started getting lazy to eat and work and I started justifying my sedentary lifestyle and start shutting in. well i would say it's not just substance fault but also because of my past trauma and stuff.

but still, for the past 2 months i just kept getting high and taking so much dose just to keep numb and happy and ignorant of everything.

ive been cold turkey for like 9 days now after 18 months of daily usage. withdrawal wrecks digestion, headache, and opioid withdrawal symptoms.

i would just say kratom is not obviously negative until long term usage.
