Method "Trial run" for SN protocol begins tonight

This is to practice the timing and steps of the protocol and the effects of the benzos (without actually taking the SN). My actual planned ctb date is between 2 and 3 weeks from now. I'm testing the benzos now so my tolerance resets by then. I currently have no benzo tolerance, so I'll be able to test the effects under similar conditions to when I ctb, as is recommended in this post.
I had my "last meal" a few hours ago, and am now going to stay awake fasting till morning. The timing of my ctb plan is based around when the people I live with leave in the morning. I plan to drink SN as soon as I have the house to myself, giving my body the greatest possible window of time to die before they get home, which should be around 9 hours.
For the trial run I'll practice using regular salt in place of SN. I won't drink it, just use it to practice weighing/mixing the solution.

Trial run protocol (Feb 3 Monday - Feb 4 Tuesday 2025)

- 7:30pm (Monday) - stop eating (12 hour fast)
- Stay up through the night fasting (I think you have to be upright and awake for the fast to really work properly?)

- 5:30am (Tuesday) - stop drinking (2 hour fast)
- 6:30am - acetaminophen 1000mg (2x500mg caplets) (take with minimal sips of water?)
- 6:50am - "meto 30 mg (3x10mg tablets)" (not taking this in the trial run, using regular daily pills as "placebo")

During 40 min wait time:
- Prepare xanax solution -
Crush __mg xanax with mortar&pestle, mix with enough water for drinkable solution.

- Prepare "SN" solution -
Dissolve 25g "SN" in 50-100ml water in a cup.
Prepare 2 backup cups (how many g SN in these? 10-20?)

- 7:30am - "drink SN"

- ____am - drink xanax solution

Any suggestions for the things I'm still uncertain about? In particular:
- how many g SN in the two backup cups?
- xanax dose?
- xanax timing?
I'd appreciate any opinions/suggestions/answers/corrections/etc. to my ctb plan. The main thing is when to take the xanax solution. Before or after SN? How long before or after? How long would it need to stay in your system before you'd lose its effects by vomiting? How long after drinking SN do people typically vomit?

Would 9 hours be long enough to fully die beyond revival? I don't expect my death would be discovered right away when they get home, they mostly leave me alone and would probably assume I'm asleep for a while before noticing anything unusual. But still.

Vomiting usually starts within the first 10 minutes, but considering that SN is quickly resorbed after ingestion on an empty stomach and taking into account 2 spare glasses you don't need to worry about that. Yes, 9 hours is quite enough for the protocol to succeed completely.

From what I've read digestion slows down when you lay down and sleep, but it's still happening, so if you fasted during sleep you'd just need to increase the amount of time to get the same effect.

I've been doing trial runs for SN this week, too. I'm running into issues with low blood sugar during the fasting period so I'm trying to figure out now to update my protocol. I might have to switch from taking SN in the evening to the morning if I can't get my blood sugar more stabilized.

I tried a version of his. I had heard the SN is really salty, so just used regular table salt to measure things out and mix it to drink it. I plan to take ibuprofen, tagament, and domperidone before the SN but had not taken any of it today. When I drank the salt mixture, I hadn't had anything to eat or drink in 12-14 hours. My thought process was really to set the expectations of the saltiness to see how bad it was. I don't eat much salt, so it was rough. After drinking it, I drank some Coke to try to get the taste out of my mouth. I projectile vomited 10 minutes later. I know not to drink anything but water when I do take the SN but didn't think about just plain salt making me sick. It was very unpleasant. When I do take the SN, I plan to use throat numbing spray in my mouth and on my lips, and have mints to pop in my mouth after drinking it. Anyone have any other ideas/suggestions?

Side thought: I stirred the plain salt quite a bit, but it didn't fully dissolve. I think I will probably do 100 ml of water when I drink the SN.

My friend told me you need to be upright for digestion to happen but he may have only meant the first few hours. He also said sleeping on a certain side causes the contents of your stomach to get stuck and not move all night. I figured it's safest to just be upright through the whole fast but idk.

Do you know how much you'd have to increase time?

I'm using throat numbing spray too. Gonna try to really aim it down my throat. I tried swallowing some of the salt water and I could taste/feel it in the back of my throat even though most of my mouth was numbed. Afterwards I'll gargle and spit out some water if I need to get rid of the taste. I have mints and other hard candies too.

The plain salt didn't dissolve for me either, but SN is more water soluble than regular salt.

I skimmed through a bunch of articles on gastric emptying. They do say that sleeping on your right side is better for digestion. One article suggested that it takes about twice as long to digest food at night compared to day, so maybe 8 hours of fasting during sleep only counts as 4. That doesn't sound crazy because I can sleep a long time and not feel hungry when I wake up.

For blood sugar issues I just bought some glucose tablets today and they got me through the crash. I still don't feel as comfortable as I would like, but it's progress.

I'm still confused on timing for benzos, too. My benzos take 30-60 minutes when they're not crushed up to hit. Maybe it's like 20 minutes, but I'd rather have that taking effect prior to the sn hitting. So appreciate you doing this test.

For blood sugar issues, should resolve fairly easily. Glucose tablets shouldn't be used, tbh. That will just spike your blood sugar then crash it again. You might be a bit insulin resistant. Just do intermittent fasting for 16 hours every day then you get to eat extra for lunch or dinner. Your body will adjust to it fairly quickly. After 14 hours ketones start being generated, and your blood sugar should remain very stable. By training your body to rely on its own internal stores, it will naturally regulate its blood sugar. Your body is probably just used to being constantly flooded with carbs and sugar. It'll adapt fast. Maybe even just a few days of 16/8 eating.

I mean, I wouldn't want to avoid good foods leading up to my ctb, but it will also solve the problem if you just reduce your carb intake and increase protein and fats. Not too much, because if you go straight into keto diet, you'll have other issues. 16/8 would be best for blood sugar stabalization.

I took half the dose I normally take (minimum tolerance, only around 1 week of use intermittently)-- .025mg alprazolam crushed and fully mixed in 50ml water solution.

10 minutes: Starting to maybe feel something. Surprised at how quickly, but barely.
15 minutes: Distinct effects. Relaxation. Fear drops from high to moderate.
20 minutes: Full blast. Significantly more powerful than just the pill. Fear very mild.
25 minutes: I can barely think. Concentration is waning. No fear at all.

I would say crushing up the pill and mixing it in with water halved the amount of time to onset and doubled the intensity.

I had correspondence with OP near the and was told a few weeks ago by them that if they did not post on the forum for a while to assume that they went through with it. Beseechgod was a good friend and a kind soul who was always there to listen. Even if it was listening to me whine about dumb shit lol. I hope they are at peace
