i cant do tomorrow

my husbands going to get me a cake. im basically looking at my presents (theyre in boxes in the living room) and i just cant do it......

i spent the day crying and shaking and thinking about every horrible thing in my life and i can only imagine tomorrow being worse than today.

i dont want to do it. i cant do it. i just want it to be over......

Oversleep if you can or just stay under the covers all day until it passes. I also didn't want a birthday this year, but I guess my needs and wants do not matter.
