Also, my intentions are to preach the Gospel. I am surely tempted to be martyred, however, that is why I walk with a repentant mindset through the temptations. If it happens to me, I pray that God guards my heart so the root is glorifying Him rather then myself. I am not seeking to suicide myself.

What about commonality of mobs forming with murderous intent? Is there a high chance for that to possibly happen? To answer your second question, no. There is heavy temptation, however, I continue to pray that God protects my mind and gives me a heart of repentance to resist the temptation to have that as my primary goal. The Gospel should be the focus even if imminent danger is highly likely. This was borderline relevant. However, this may be the only one I allow.

Well as @hotelbeneathground said, google is your friend here. These militants kidnap Christian Girls to force them to convert to Islam and become essentially slave wives. From Wikipedia about the aftermath of the 2014 kidnappings (a source that is that is readily available via a google search surprisingly):

The overwhelming majority of the kidnapped girls who were Christian were forced to convert to Islam. The girls were forced into marriage with members of Boko Haram, with a reputed bride price of ₦2,000 each ($6/£4).

So I made a logical inference that any white American foolish enough to wander into their midst would either:
A) Be ransomed off for a potential jackpot or
B) The Americans would send some mad death squad to kill them all and save you, as they're wont to do or
C) Drone the ever-living shit out of them which might kill you and not make you a martyr

I think you may have a somewhat racist view of Nigerians. Yes they're (edit: I mean Boko Haram here not all Nigerians, but I still think OP may have a racist view of Nigerians as a whole) an insane death cult but they're not stupid. Out right murdering an American for being Christian seems like a one way ticket to being carpet bombed by drones. Or being renditioned to Guantanamo Bay to be tortured for the rest of their natural lives. Not a wise game plan. Evangelical Christians are very powerful in the US and they're not very forgiving. They rarely "turn the other cheek" if you get my meaning.

Okay friend I'm just going to say upfront that I think this idea is absurd and will most likely fail. Also trying to dictate how people respond on an open online message board makes you look even more ridiculous combined with this mad idea of yours. What you think Boko Haram will do to you or hope they will do to you for being Christian they likely will not. Here is a recent article from August 2, 2021 that may help further elucidate my point in terms of ransom.

Now this is an article about how Nigerians are being kidnapped for ransom, but I think it's safe to transpose this to any American fool-hardy enough to wander into their territory. I'm implore you to do some basic research on this topic. These things are very easy to look up. I apply the dodgeball rule here: If you can dodge a ball, you can dodge a wrench. Or for our situation here: if you can log into SS, create a thread about becoming a suicidal martyr, you can do a few simple google searches.

As for Afghanistan, I doubt you'd even be able to get into the country imo. The US just had one of their most disastrous and humiliating exits from a warzone since the Vietnam War. I highly doubt they'd be too keen to allow any American, missionary or otherwise, to re-enter that country at the current moment. Being a black man in America, you'd have a better chance of being shot in the back for running from the police or choked to death for selling loose cigarettes than you would be likely to gain entry to Afghanistan right now. These are just my opinions of course and I'm not going to find further sources to back them up. Here you go.

Finally I'll just add, according to your religion, your god can see that you've been inquiring about so-called martyrdom on a website called "Sanctioned Suicide". He can read everything you've written here no? I think you'd have better luck joining a Mormon message board tbh. Don't they have insane numbers of missionaries? They might know better where all the "hot spots" are than anyone here will. I'm sorry to hear that you've come to the point of martyrdom (read: suicide), it's never easy being in this position. I take suicide very seriously because it is very serious. If you're not here to discuss suicide in some form or to commiserate with like-minded people, then why are you here?
