Been active on- and off-forum.

The thing with SS is that either you ctb or move on.

Some people do recover from ctb ideology and hang around here afterwards, but most people move on with life.

The people who move on probably feel that being around anything ctb-related is unhealthy and counter-productive.

I think this is a feeble attempt at humor, but it's still disrespectful and I personally think it would be best to remove this thread.

Tbh OP, it is an integral part of a forum called Sanctioned Suicide to talk about suicide. Mild snark aside, I can understand that it's grating to hear about it day in and day out.

If one wanted to improve their condition state of mind, as to not think about suicide, they should stick to this Recovery subforum or try to distance themselves from SS entirely and try to seek outside help, if available.

That said, I'm loath to boss people around, and this site is a great place to hear of some rather interesting to hear uncensored views and perspectives on suicide related topics.

I've been on this forum since 2019 so I can kinda consider myself an OG now (?)
This forum is boring as, so I don't visit much, but it's not a bad place. It serves it's purpose. Moderation is tight here, there is little toxicity, negativity, etc. It's mostly neutral adequate filtered discussion, which I like. One thing that irks me somewhat is the fact that there's no regular users, 90% of users are suicidal teenagers who come here for 1 week then leave. I know because I was one once. Except I stayed for some reason

There is recovery, and games threads also.
We talk about ctb here, cause we can't outside due to taboo nature of it.
You can go to AA and only hear rock-bottom stories, or chose to hear about overcoming of problems, and see how many people became friends, or more since they met someone who was going through the same thing as them.
I find this place beautiful, because how honest people can be here. But it's not for everyone obv.
