A real problem before committing suicide is that people do not have the courage to commit suicide. There are some who do not have the courage to commit suicide even if they have N. Indeed, death is not a beautiful thing, but if you think about it, it is the end of suffering ... Some medications that are recommended in thanatophobia "fear of death" can help him overcome this problem.

We are all programmed to survive after all. The survival instinct is determined to keep us suffering even know we want to die. I do see death as being beautiful as I believe there is nothing after this. It is such a comforting thought to think that everything will go away and I will never have to experience anything again.

Now That I have the knowledge, if I do it one day, it will be a very planned and thought out strategy. Make sure I don't fail like all other times. But for now, not yet.

Sadly this has been my dilemma for the last 5 years and the only reason I am still here.

People may have ideation about suicide but it may also be the wrong.thing to do. Continuing to live can also.take courage. In my case, i can ctb whilst i still have physical strength or.i will die of my disease, probably painfully and in distress. My decision to exit quickly.is my well thought out, logical conclusion. My future is limited but no doctor is willing to be seen as a failure. I do not fear death as it is the logical conclusion to life...we all face it sooner or later

I'm not too afraid of death, but I can't shake the feeling, probably due to religious childhood indoctrination, that I'm breaking some sort of cosmic law and that my suicide must only be done in the right time and right place.

Death and CTB are inherently unpleasant and distressing ideas for the living. But sometimes so is existing. In fact, to interpret anything as unpleasant or distressing one must first be alive. It's natural to be afraid. That's why I think it's so important that the decision to permanently pause the movie and erase the disc is a rational one. We must feel confident that this is the best possible decision we can make for ourselves. That the net gain acquired from living can not be greater or equal to our costs acquired by our living. Every circumstance is unique, each body and each situation. And we may be afraid when the time comes. But fear is a part of life and sometimes you just can't reasonably avoid it like the pain of an injection. But any fear or apprehension we naturally feel regarding death will be the last time we experience fear or apprehension. We've had to be courageous so many times throughout our lives. We've experienced heartache, sadness, fear, anxiety, desperation, pain, and suffering likely numerous times throughout our lives. We understand what our experience of suffering entails -how it feels and what it means for us. We've been through so much perhaps we're barely holding on at this point. And so when the time comes to CTB, we'll need to be brave one final time. We'll be nearly at the finish. The exact same truly equal finish line every living being will eventually arrive at regardless of who you are or what you did or how you thought, felt, or acted. We'll need to muster all our remaining strength and motivation for the finale. It doesn't have to be grand. It just needs to get done, again, from a rational standpoint.
