Life is so hard without money I envy those with rich parents, just because my parents dont have a lot of money they have to take it out on me and im so worried. Im still a student and i just turned 18 idk where im going to get any money. I really want to study at UCLA that's my lifelong dream I have the grades for it but i have no money and im not a domestic student i really want to off myself I have no money so that means i have to live a life of misery and broken dreams. I dont know what to do if i only i was born into a welathy family maybe i would have better opportunities. have you applied and been accepted and looked at their financial aid options? could you get a job to pay for it? could you post ads to be a live in nanny and pay for things that way while you go there?

I'm sorry OP. I also want to CTB because of financial issues. I was a diplomat before until depression kicked the door on me and I lost my job because of it. Ever since then, I'm broke financially and I don't think I'll ever be rich. So I need out too...

I'm sorry that you have to struggle financially at a young age and your parents take there financial struggles out on you.

Im here because of lack of finances. Unfortunately the system in which we live is dependant on money and its being made more and more so. We live in dog eat dog, highly competitive world and everyone competes for money just to survive. I'm older and now I look back I can see how lack of money has dictated my life and led me here. Still, people have ways and means to get around and even beat the system. If your lucky enough to have brains then I say do whatever you can to use and take advantage of that while you are still young.

Your young and I wonder if there are ways to access money that you have not thought of or are unaware of. You might be able to use your looks, personality or youth to win favour with people and through them and gain acces to money to help you get through uni. You may even have to act or do things you don't like for a while. A healthy attutude towards money is always beneficial but I imagine you may even have a love/ hate relationshi because of how your parents have treated you. Sadly, that can complicate and make things more difficult.

Not just money you have to be born with a lot of atributes to life not suck:
Physical/mental Health, inteligence, looks, community (friends, lover and family).
Money - you can get if you luck out or just born into it. Also working hard for it (Depending on your circumstances this might be a colossal endeavor if not impossible).
There is also the cravings different individuals have, these can vary and can be very important for them: like being good in something. Making a difference is something. A sense of belonging. A sense of meaning.
