Well I could die in an accident tomorrow, so there are not only 2 options. But old age is one of the things that I fear. It sounds awful watching yourself decay physically and mentally, the life expectancy is too long, I cannot put up with this life for decades. I know I must take control and end all the suffering. I refuse to reach an old age.

You can also die younger from not being able to afford health care or from overdose, or maybe from homelessness while being stuck outside from freezing weather. Or from ww3 If it happens.
