Hi,
I'm reading a bit of conflicting information here at this forum about the re-breather.
I just want to know if it's reliable enough , more than 80% or so success is good enough for me.

And if someone would be willing to pm me about this?
I have a link/item and want to be 100% sure that I have the correct item
