He could be poetic at times but this is hardly true. The only thing stopping a suicidal person from killing themselves most of the time is resources or survival instinct. At least among the more chronic ones they typically burn out of the ambivalence. For others, they are simply impulsive and won't consider this double possibility because after their day of taking 30 over the counter meds and eating some charcoal they will be over it.

Well at least in my case, I exist rather than live. I feel like I have already died yet I am still conscious and breathing. I guess I am stuck between life and death, as at the moment I am unable to fully be either of those states.
