Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

The reason people don't get better is the programs, treatments and drugs aren't actually proven to get anyone better. Just a revolving door system where procedures are blindly followed for each facility and practice to cover their own asses, while outcomes are not honestly assessed, or assessed in a way that is meaningless to the person being treated.

I don't think people get rich off of it. I think it serves the purpose of self-congratulations that "at least we (the government) tried". And teh therapists who go in thinking they'll be helpful but then they end up having so many other things to do (legal stuff, admin stuff, license stuff) that now the actual therapy gets pushed aside and they don't have the energy to care. Results: patients get screwed over until they pretend they're better. It's gross.

They don't give a damn about the patients, we are just a number on their spreadsheets.
Even when you're trying to die, they still have a scam to get your money!
