The feeling of losing conciousness

I really struggle to handle the feeling of that when I'm doing partial, my set up is good and I can start to lose conciousness only applying a quarter of my weight to the noose. But I really don't like how it feels, any way to cope with it?
I hate the feeling too, I wish it felt more like falling asleep (I know it does with some methods but not others). I've just been trying to push myself closer and closer in hopes it just happens or I stop hating that feeling.
