Hi! I have no idea if this will be read by anyone, but I still wanted to thank everyone on this website for making the last few months of my life a bit less lonely. I wasn't super active on here, but from my limited interactions everyone was always very kind and supportive. I am going to CTB by full suspension hanging in a few hours. I'm only 20, so a part of me thinks that maybe I should have waited more, but unfortunately my life has been going downhill for a while now and an unpleasant talk with my boss the other day was my last straw. I have people that I'll miss and people that'll miss me, but I'm not at all content with the life I've lived so far and it's time for me to go hang out (pun intended) on the other side. If I back out or fail I'll come back here and update, but if not it's safe to assume I'm gone. Thanks for reading and take care of yourselves!

It would be sad to see you go, and I'm truly sorry for where you find yourself. If there is a part of you that feels like you should wait a bit more, I hope that you may still listen to that voice, especially if there are people who are dear to you like you mention. For what it's worth, things got better for me after 20. That is a very young age even though we feel like we've been through so much at the time. I agree with the above poster in that things get much better after 20. I didn't really start enjoying my life until around 23-25. If you have any reason to stay, hanging onto that would be the best thing for you. Even hope for a better future can be enough to hang on a bit longer.

However, if that is no longer possible for you, my hope is that you are able to find your peace, and that your transition is quick, painless and peaceful. My heart is with you today.
