Method Technical question about door frame

For anyone in construction. Will a 5 ft wide doorframe support full suspension hanging of 200 lb. Noose is tied around door framing studs. I'm getting paranoia that I'll test house framing out.

Is the rope tied now? Grab it with both hands, pick your feet off the floor and wriggle around a little.

It's not tied now. I don't have strength
For pull up. But when I lean forward with my weight on rope the frame creaks.

It's a 5 foot wide double door frame .

There is less strength in a span that wide. Is there blocking in the middle? That would add some strength if you tied next to it.

Some corrections. It's 4 ft wide after I measured it. I weigh more like 184.

There is no blocking in middle. My hole is off center.

I was actually trying that at first. All the doors are too cheap.

Doesnt sound like much. Like others said, test it. How high is it? Might be hard for full in a door frame.

I did not mean long drop. Even a small drop increases the forces on the door frame. Just ease into it.
