Hi everyone! *fingers crossed* I'm taking SN tonight!

Does anyone have any tips to make sure everything goes smoothly? Is there any way to lessen the physical pain accompanied by it? Or just any way to fall asleep before it kicks in lol

Any advice on how to die well would be appreciated haha.
