taking sn today

hi, i have my ibuprofen, antacid, and meto at the ready. i'm not sure when to start mixing the sn since i know not long after you open it it starts turning into nitrate. i have two questions, though. 1. the only antacid i have is 1000mg per one tablet, is this way too much or does this work much more in my favor? and 2. i have ibuprofen but it has the date listed as 10/21 which i'm assuming is the expiration date, this is my mom's and when i've searched her cabinet before for overdosing it's the same one so i'm assuming it's expired, should i still take it? i can't go out and buy more i have very strict parents that question everything i do and other shit, and today is basically the only day i have to really pull this off in a while so. for the sn and water, i have measuring tools so im good on that. need answers quick, thanks.
forgot to mention, it says in stan's guide i can use any pain killer as long as i stay in the recommended dose, i have tylenol which isn't expired maybe i can take that instead?

i wnat to ensure this goes smoothly as possible, so likely doesn't really win it for me. i have tylenol extra strength which is 500mg, but if ibuprofen is much preferred for this method then i guess i'll just have to take it

i've taken the tylenol, meto, and just now took the antacid. all i have left is to mix and drink the sn, i forgot how much of a time window i have to do that, since i'm using measuring spoons i don't have a scale that i can quickly dump the sn in my water bottle in, so i'm thinking mixing it 5 minutes before i drink it with the water bottle cap on is ok?

i mixed the sn drinks and drank one, the taste wasn't really that bad. it's been a min or two and haven't thrown up. haven't drank the second drink but keeping it on standby in case i throw up.
definitely feel nauseous, like i'm about to throw up but not yet.
