Nope. Alcohol actually potentates the effect of the opioids. You can actually go into respiratory arrest doing this depending on the amount of opioids and type of alcohol you use.

I understand how you fee completely but please don't make any rash decisions. This is something you should take the time to do properly because you may only get one opportunity. I actually know a person who ended up as a vegetable because of opioid overdose and she's gonna be like that for the rest of her life because her family will always choose life sustaining measures for her. It's weird to say this when it comes to ctb but please be careful.

how many mg in total? what roa? what sort of alcohol and how much? do you plan to fast beforehand?

It's possible I guess, but not very reliable. If you have any sort of tolerance to benzos this probably won't work, and you'd need an ungodly amount. I've been piss drunk and on high doses of xanax/valium/kpins many many times and never been anywhere near close to death. Low risk though. If it doesn't work at least you'll feel amazing and get some quality sleep.

That would be great to get some quality sleep. It's so hard to find benzos in my area. Of course I am not condoning you hurting yourself but you could look into helium asphyxiation. That is one I have highly considered

Pretty low. Honestly, pills are the most unreliable way to try and ctb. Most medications these days are designed to have very low lethality.
