• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I never knew such an act existed. It's still very confusing.

Suicide was a crime in England until 1961, this revises it . Not too sure about the legal wording but ya

If it was a crime then who they are going to punish if person who committed this "crime" is gone? Makes no sense.

Perhaps they said "If you end your own life, we will execute you!"

If I should guess what they were aiming for back then, it was probably to prevent suicides by punishing those who failed.

Think it has something to do with the deceased's assets. Not 100% sure though
