What is the best method to suffocate. How can the discomfort be minimised. I was thinking put a plastic bag over my head and secure the lower part with rubber bands so it can be lifted temporarily to let in some gas. That or just the same but without gas and taking some medication that makes the discomfort less or maybe even a drug that will cause me to pass out fully so I can hold part of it open and breathe comfortably and as I begin to feel myself losing consciousness let it seal to stop more air coming in. What do you guys think ? Does anyone know if there are better methods similar to this. I couldn't find a way to acquire sodium nitrite in my country it's restricted.
