Method Suffocation with noose and hands bound

I've failed FSH multiple times how as I've not had enough time and people have intervened or I've used too thin material so it's snapped when I dropped. I plan to barricade myself in and do this but how long would this method take I have no access to plastic bags otherwise I'd add that into the mix too. I also have the option of swallowing glass shards but I know it's a painful slow death and I want to avoid that. This seems like a better alternative if done correctly.

I figured out how to bound my hands from behind and I'd just have to tie some simple knots to keep it in place which I didn't do as I'd obviously be stuck lol but needed to be sure it was something I could do.

I tied the ligature around my neck tightly and I couldn't breathe in, got slightly light headed after a few seconds and my ears felt like they were numb or tingling I think the area on the neck is correct and I have a extra ligature and long sleeve t shirt I think I'll tie around for extra security but bounding my hands when I'm in that state might be more difficult..

Would 15-20 mins be enough time for the act to be complete. I can't be found too soon again I will succeed this time
