i have been trying to make sense of this feeling for years and haven't been able to put it into words!! my own depressive/suicidal suffering feels like this all encompassing black hole but also so tight and intimate and specific to me. i kinda want to get into reading psychoanalytic theory (unemployed) but i'm afraid it will make me even more of a navel gazing shut-in so idk
