Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I've been anxious now for a few months.

Mainly about my job, work, career and what it is I'm achieving in life. However on Thursday last week and the last few days I feel somewhat back to normal. However on Monday I now have the Monday blues. I'm going into LinkedIn and seeing a slow job market (I'm a UX Designer and Researcher).

Is this normal?

Employment uncertainty can contribute to anxiety. Advance planning may help reduce anxiety such as having a secondary skill. However, one can not remove all uncertainty from life. If one only has employment in life it can loom disproportionately large. Relationships like family and friends can help reduce a focus on only work.
