Right guys sorry to sound thick if sucide is done in a hotel and clearly sucide letters are there whos usually involved will they be getting information from my gp and the mental hospital that was involved in my care

I'd imagine so, I mean authorities would want as much background as possible to I guess rule on a suicide even if it is quite blatant.
I'd also imagine an autopsy is done also and I'm guessing part and parcel of that process would involve getting medical notes/ history from gp etc

An autopsy I believe is just determining the cause of death. Like ( I'm not an expert) but probably things like blood work etc for toxicity, find out if you had taken any illicit drugs, prescription drugs, alcohol...
Other things like to check if it's actually a suicide and there's no foul play involved..
In short just to find out "how" someone diedIve also had a few mental health assessments lately and been in care of mental health team and got a call from gp yesterday asking to come for a reassessment and blood tests i dont know whos told them

Maybe someone concerned about your mental well-being.. family/ friends.
In the UK, and this is only from experience, "we" have to chase and badger mental health services and gp's for appointments etc.. they rarely ever do the chasing.. so.. I'd imagine someone somewhere has been concerned for you

I got a call of my gp today asking me to go in, very strange as like u say they never call so I know someone I've broken down to has called them, just makes u not want to talk to anyone about anything, I passed them off with am fine though and all was ok
