Stupid attempt - zipties

Just tried compressing the carotid arteries using 3 zipties. Didn't do shit except making my face red. Then when I tried cutting them with scissors they went into the skin creating a bleeding. I had a hard time cutting them but in the end got them removed. My neck is all red. What a moron.

You don't cut the straps, you cut the little boxes with a pair of snips like these:
