I'm struggling so much. I am in extensive physical pain which causes severe pain mentally and emotionally. Pretty much have been bed bound for 6 months now and have zero quality of life.

That sounds very horrible what you are going through, I'm sorry that you are suffering so much. To me it is awful how our bodies are capable of torturing us with so many health problems. I wish you the best in whatever happens.
