I don't have N but I just wonder how do you do in the case you move out.
Normally you just have to put it in a fridge, but if you move out...
In summer the temperature can go up to 40°C outside.

Any idea?

Depends on how long you stay outside but I think a mini travel fridge/cooler box can do the job.
