• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I didn't take my psych meds the night before I planned to ctb to ensure that I'd be in a shitty enough mood to do it (if that makes sense). The day I meant to ctb I couldn't be bothered because I was too depressed. Now it's been a few days and most of the withdrawal symptoms are subsiding, and I'm starting to feel really good.
I know the odds of it being mania are like 99%, but I'm just pretending that this is what it always feels like to be off meds. I know logically that I'll crash sooner or later, but fuck it, I'm enjoying being able to laugh and eat and talk to people like a normal human being right now. (Maybe a little more than average, but still).
I don't even know where I'm going with this, but I can't really tell anyone irl that I'm off all of my meds, so I have to ramble somewhere ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I stopped my meds when I planned to ctb a few months ago and it sucked pretty bad lol. Had withdrawals for like a month but I've been off them for some time now and it's not so bad anymore.

If I may ask, what's your psych meds? Some of it may induce withdrawal syndroms if not reduced properly/tapered (like what auti experience)
