Yes it's my method of choice, probably going to take it soon. From what i can remember PPH doesn't mention stan's regimen (correct me if i'm wrong), and fasting for too long is hard for me. People died from stat so i'm not concerned, keeping it simple and following the basics is what i think is most important.

What do you think are the pros of stans regimen? Do you think it would help with puking since there is more medicine in your system? im not sure how that stuff works.

The biggest benefit probably would be reducing the chance of vomiting, if you're not sure and fear vomiting then probably stan's regimen is your best bet.

I thought the half life of meto was only 5 hours so what difference would it really make?

Probably just testing the effect of meto and check out if everything's in the place, one day before the D-day
