Stat Dose Advice

Hey SS family, I need some advice please

I've only eaten a chocolate bar and drank 2 cans of coke today... If I do a stat dose with SN in a few hours, will it work?

Depends on what you mean by a few hours? I would say wait at least 6 more.

I hear stories of how carbonated drinks are not advised (coke) at anytime while doing method sn.
However I am pretty confident one can of coke won't derail it. If you are desperate try hold off a few more hours but if you where to say go within an hour or two i don't think it would do anything substantial.

please search and follow stans guide to sn or read more on the sn mega thread to make sure it is a success rather than following your own plan

from what i know, 8 hrs solids and 2 hrs liquid fast should do. Would still suggest you to refer stan's guide
