Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

a topic that's barely discussed when people talk about depression and mental health is the soul crushing routine, every SINGLE day's the same for me, i don't go anywhere, everyday is spent in front of the Computer and then going outside for the sake of physical activity, pretty standard NEET life-style, i am starting to understand why people travel, not necessarily travel to a different country, it can be as simple as visiting a different city or going to camp in nature, that soul crushing routine drives me nuts at times, i honestly lived on this earth for 24 years but i almost never left my city, it only happened twice in my life, i am starting to understand the importance of travel and changing one's daily routine.

Infrequent activities like a book club or other weekly or monthly activity can help break a monotonous routine.
