Reliable, yes. The key is to make sure that enough SN is absorbed in your bloodstream, whether you vomit or not.

Also how do I know I got enough in ur blood stream even after throwing up
I plan to fast and I I take the anti metics

Everyone is going to say it's reliable but i just don't get why the people think that. There really isn't a way of knowing whether people have died or not, and good bye threads just don't cut it.

Just because someone doesn't come back to tell you they were unsuccessful doesn't mean they were successful.

I have my doubts on SN. Yes its lethal. Yes its a decent to go kill oneself, but I don't think it is as reliable as people will lead you to believe.

But definitely, SN is worth a try. even if there was an unsuccessful attempt, you really won't suffer any repercussions. So go ahead and give it a go.
