I would assume that these things have been asked but my brain is mush and I'm not too bright.
So first, what is the PPH and PPeH or whatever they are? What's the difference, and how can I gain access to them?
I have trouble with some abbreviations. I don't remember which ones. I know SN, I know N, I know CTB. Idk what I'm even asking here, maybe I'm just looking for someone else who's as confused as me. Haaa. I feel like everyone else knows everything and I'm just reading through pretending like I know but I don't… at all.
My SI causes me to tell on myself during attempts, even though I seriously want to CTB; I can't do this anymore. How might I get past that, or find a method that is quick enough that I can't tattle. Also, maybe as painless as possible. I've dealt with pain my whole life, I'd like to be able to leave without it.
I live in the US in a small trailer with my mother. I do NOT get much privacy and she and I share all of our money, though I manage accounts. I can't understand what the best possible options for CTB are for me, nor how to gain access.
