So what do I say. Tried so many medication most haven't helped my lack of concentration. Also some worsened my already pathetic memory. I am at this job which needs multitasking and I am shattering everyday. Well I am think of doing a course of Blue prism as a friend says it is easy . But with my fucked mind even that would eventually be a unbearable and unmanageable. I don't know a part of me still wants to persist, somehow survive.

Have you tried meditation? I've heard it helps with concentration and memory issues. Also do you sleep ok at night? Maybe worth a look. I hope your life gets better, friend!

That sounds tough. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by a job.

I think treating yourself well- good diet, exercise, enough sleep will help in getting your mind to perform at its best. I do notice the difference when I look after myself better.

Is 'Blue Prism' some kind of course? I guess training the brain to concentrate/recall likely would help. Think we find it easier to do things, the more we do them- building neural pathways and all that.

How do other colleagues cope at your workplace? Do they feel overwhelmed too? Sometimes (most times) I think employers simply put too much on their staff. Maybe it's a case that your workload is actually unreasonable- rather than it being about you being inadequate. It took me years to ask for extra help in one of my jobs when from the start- my boss had actually said to a colleague that it was really a job for two people. Companies exploit people- it's not always that you're not up to the task.

I wish you well. If you feel like a part of you wants to survive, best to pursue it BUT to try and make things easier on yourself. Good luck 🤞

I'm sorry that you suffer, it's such an unfair life and that does sound so stressful and tiring what you have to endure. I know that when things just get worse it really can be so dreadful. I hope that you find relief from what you are going through.

I do chant a mantra, it helps me sleep. I did do some courses of yogic breathing. As for meditation I tried once years ago . But again my anxiety is quite high. I will try to start again be more persistent this time
I have insomnia. I am on quetiapine since last two years for sleep issues.

Hey, don't be so hard on yourself. This means you have a genuine mental illness. The vast majority of meds prescribed are basically sugar pills with some undesirable side effects. Psychiatrists themselves have discovered the miniscule effects.
