guys, in my language the names for a few items in the sn method are really diff. meto, according to wikipedia, has this ''C14H22ClN3O2'' as its chemical formula. does that alone speak for it being the same thing even if the name is really different in a given language?
i dont know anything about chemistry. also, does anyone know if smoking is okay during the fasting for the sn method? I was thinking about smoking cigarettes during the fasting period just so i could kill some time while waiting for the time to drink the sn. if anyone can help me itll be much appreciated. thanks.

yeah it should be the same, regardless of the brand name. if it has that chemical formula you should be good.

about smoking i don't know. i found these threads, other users say it should be okay
