For some reason I can't load Stan's guide.

How much SN do I need with how much water? would you do two lots up just in case you vomit? I am not using anti nausea pills.
Also I am planning to go to do this away from home and send a delayed message to a friend to tell them where I am - I don't want the panic of people looking for me for too long.
How long should I leave - 6 hours?
