Hey, love. If you're petite you'd more than likely be taking 20g of SN. While it is best to have antiemetics, it doesn't mean you won't be successful. Many people here have taken SN without it and have passed away. Having another serving ready to go if you do throw up the first one should be fine... I wish you nothing, but a safe, successful, and peaceful journey.
