Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I don't have access to Anti-Emetic prescriptions; Would CTB with Sodium Nitrite work if I Fasted for 2 days to limit vomiting as much as possible?

P.S. The virtual doctors aren't a option, Sorry

Thanks,

It is possible to take SN without AE, many people succeeded without it. Just make sure to have a backup glass in case you throw up too early.
Ibuprofen or paracetamol is advised, as well as some OTC sleeping agents such as diphenhydramine.

Question.
Are 'Ibuprofen' and 'Diphenhydramine' required for this to work too or optional like Anti-Emetics?

Everyone's body is different, but I think in order to minimize the chances of vomiting too quickly, antiemetics are highly recommended. Sure you may have read people who have successfully ctb without antacids and antiemetics, but that shouldn't be taken as proof you don't need it. Just like some people can jump off a bridge for seemingly small things like a breakup, most of us even at the brink of losing our minds cannot due to SI and fear of pain.

I think the takeaway is you should try to secure as many of the recommended drugs as possible besides SN for a successful ctb.
