Discussion sn sounds awful tbh

first you need to fast for long which can be problematic for some (even not drinking water before, damn0
than you need to search for sn which takes lots of time
then you need anti vomiting medication which takes lots of time to get
then you take it and the suffring from the threads here seems to be horrible too and you can regret and call and ambulance to stay alive wtf??

why not hanging with benzos to knock you out? you can get them from your doctor pretty easily for sleep problems or from dark market

if you have a beach you can drown easily too, just probably have more pain.

Mixing SN with any violent means seems honestly rly good in general, uu both drown AND die of poisoning, uu get hit by a train AND stop getting oxygen to the brain, since SN and hanging both focus on depleting oxygen I assume it's like mega suffocation, if anyone makes a thread for it as a method it should be called "ultimate suffocation" haha

This interests me, I've never wanted to think before dying, I want to die with my head empty or only panic and sorrow, or love in mind, I can't imagine having a moment of thinking about my horrible life in this world before my supposed peace

A fine assumption, indeed. Definitely not going the psych-med route or OTC route. I am planning this thouroughly. It's going to be heavy opioids, sedatives, likely some (but not too much) alcohol and some OTC sedatives on top. Likely will smoke a little weed before, too and possibly some sort of fasting regime. Oh, and grapefruit juice.

I've been experimenting and it's looking promising so far.

From what I've read on this forum; a lot. Many people take the wrong stuff, or not nearly as much. Either due to ignorance, impulsivity or attention-seeking behaviour.

When it comes to official research papers it's hard to get to specific doses but you get to read a lot on plasma concentration of the specific drugs - that in turn allows you to extrapolate it back into oral dosages of medicine. You tend to find out a lot of interesting facts.

You think you might have, but it's likely different altogether. When you watch NDEs people actually describe it as peaceful and freeing. Pretty far from what you're describing.

What you likely experienced was a manifestation of the fear of death you feel.
